I’ve started to test fit the wood blocks temporarily to the tudor body and OLD FRAME, and I’ve noticed the tudor body holes do not lineup with the holes in the OLD FRAME.
So I started to wonder what was going on. While comparing the two frames, I noticed that they are different. They are both definitely Model A frames. The difference is in the location of the bracket that mounts the body in the front A pillar. If I check those measurements, they are different between the two frames.
If you look at my pictures you can see that the FINAL FRAME(first pict) has a dimension from the center of the front axle to the a pillar mount bracket of 40 1/2". The OLD FRAME (second pict) has a dimension of 43 1/8" from the center of the front axle to the a pillar mount bracket.
There is a 3" difference- truck vs car?
The question I have is, what vehicle is the FINAL FRAME from?
I have been searching the internet for hours and all i come up with is that the frames are the same except for slight differences in holes and brackets.
