Good morning all,

My wife is inheriting a 31 Model A from her grandfather who passed away recently. The car has been sitting in a garage in Florida for the last 20-ish years. I need to trailer it to Texas so we can begin working on it; so step one is to get it rolling to get it on a trailer.

As you can imagine, the tires are shot, but I need it to roll to get it onto the trailer. I figure it will be several years before we actually drive it; so I'm looking for the absolute cheapest option for tires.

Can I mount tractor tires on the rims if I don't plan to drive it on them?

The tires are 6.00-16.
