16x5 wheels

Well, the fuel issue is solved.
I feel like a bit of a bonehead, but sometimes I am!
It would appear that the previous owner had the fuel pump hooked up backwards, and as a result, so did I.

I'll be using SPI epoxy primer pretty soon on an OT project. It was recommended to me by a high end painter who uses a lot of PPG products.
It's priced well too.
