Thanks. Tires are Stahl Excelsior: 5.50-16 and 7.00-16. They have a tallish profile like bias-plys. The wheels are stock Ford Wide-Fives in front and Ford accessory "Farm Implement" wheels in back....

Yes, he did, and the new owner has been just as great to work with. His new, smaller panel is ideal for us guys that don't run power windows, A/C, etc etc

Add-on Question: those conical springs behind the door panels; do BOTH the door handle and window crank get these springs? My car had only one spring behind the passenger side window crank.
