Subtract the thickness of the glass from the width of the channel. Divide that result in half. C-G / 2 = tape thickness. Measure accurately. A micrometer on the glass is good. The end of a drill bit that fit nicely in the channel works well. The channel MUST be super clean. Use glass cleaner (spray) when installing the glass w / tape. It's slippery and dries out and will not later suds when it gets wet. |
