Air Filter Leak

4 Attachment(s)
Hi y'all, im working on this 1941 Super Deluxe. It has the oil bath air filter, but it seems to be leaking out of somewhere and getting oill all over the carb. Even with almost zero oil in it, its leaking.
I'm not super familiar with these, so I am hoping one of you could point out where the leak is coming from or have some suggestions.
Here's some pics of the air hat and my carb after I started cleaning it

thanks

Clean the pan and put a little gas in it. Watch the bottom, the gas will show you the leak. Guessing a few tiny pin holes developed from water over the years. Just did this with an off topic air cleaner. The holes were very small.

I'm guessing it'll be around that hillbilly weld on the bottom.
Do yourself a favor and find a replacement.
