Question on running wiper motor wiring. I got a free after market wiper motor from a club member and it actually works. I will have to use a toggle switch as the motor has none. My question is how do I run the wire from the terminal box to a switch under the dash and then up to the motor. What path should the wire take.

Re: Question on running wiper motor wiring. Forget wipers on a Model A. Rainex is the answer.

Re: Question on running wiper motor wiring. I agree with mike
I would also add a fuse for protection at the spot you tap for power |
Re: Question on running wiper motor wiring. On my CCPU it does not have the org. windshield frame or at least it does not have the tube for the manual wiper. I prefer the Rainex wiper solution however have also toyed with the idea of installing a single wiper.
Would it be more correct on the truck to have the outside windshield wiper motor? How much of a pain am I getting into here? The truck was done very well but surprised there is no evidence of a wiper being mounted on it. No holes nothing. Thanks |
