Help with wiring harness

Is it possible and or feasible to use a wiring harness for cowl lights in a car without cowl lights and 2 bulb headlights? If yes, how would it be installed?
Thanks for the help, Job

I would just buy the correct harness.

Yes, you can fix the harness, but you'd have to splice onto the cowl light wire and run a wire to each headlight, so you'd have an extra wire hanging loose. Then you'd have to have the bullet ends soldered on and the correct socket for 3 wires.

Technically it is very simple;

Splice two wires to the end of the wire that goes to the cowls lights and run one to each headlight small bulb socket.

Or buy a pair of Cat Eye or other driving lights and run them off of the cowl circuit. That's what I did.

Cowl illuminate only for turn signals, and the Cat Eye's are my Daytime Running Lights and occasionally my "get home at night" lights when the halogens have a problem.
