radiator fluids

I am just getting ready to reinstall the radiator on my 30 coupe. What is the reccomended ratio of water to anti-freeze/coolant and is there a type that is best to use,or is there anything to avoid?
Thanks
Burt

I like Preston glycol , I use 50-50 mix with distal water. Others may say they have foaming problems, but I have never had any problem. Bill

I put one gallon (green) in and then fill up the radiator with water. I have a pressurized system. I understand that the stock systems may foam. To avoid that use anti-freeze that is animal friendley. Its made by Prestone.
