- Ford employee for 40 years at Ford Monroe Plant, 37 years as a Die Maker. I started the CNC department at the first Ford Stamping plate which was Monroe in 1984. Programmed and ran CNC Mills, turning centers and EDM machines. The last 12 years I was a Layout Inspector and programmed and ran CMM machines. I loved my job and Ford Mo. Co.
