- Lifelong interest. Built a 50s style 1940 ford coupe w/ 8BA flathead. Now rebuilding a 37 coupe I found in RI. A solid, no rust hot rod from the late 50s. Putting in a 56 olds Tri power set up. Indications are that car has had multiple engines over the years. A car definitely worth bring back in its former glory.
The stories that these old cars could tell. The late night rides and races many of us had back in the 60s. Our mothers waiting up to be sure we made it home in one piece. Love these old war horses
A member of the Torque Masters of Rochester NH since 1960. Only a 2 or 3 of us left. The Torque Masters are one of the earliest East Coast NHRA charter clubs
