- I totally restored my father's first car he owned. My dad bought a 1936 ford roadster in 1948 for 200 dollars. It went in storage on a dirt floor for 35 years. It was literally junk after that. I brought it back better then new. I showed it the first year. I received 1st place every where I took it or best of show. I give away the trophy that I received to a youg girl or boy in the crowd
