- Ex-Marine ( Korean War, UCLA, Universite de Nice, taught history, French and aeronautics until I retired in 1989. married to my 3rd wife who suports me in my follies, magician since the sixth grade, former model aircraft nut ( wrote the FF Scale column for Model Aviation for 20 years + "Hey Kid!" series of books on how to get started in modelling) Have had over 40 cars and about the same number of motorbikes. Just finished 15th book of poetry. Antique tin toy restorer and collector, play the guitar and do folk singing at nursing homes, Moto GP and Valentino Rossi fan,
