- My dad repaired a lot of neighbours or coworkers cars in the fifties and early sixties and i got hooked on old cars since then. he bought his first new car in 66 and stopped fix cars and left the very small garage he was renting. I did not have the chance to learn his skills. Today I own a few old cars even if I am not a mecanic. I love the history of cars and all the people around this hobby. I am a Hudson guy and my friends are all Ford guys so, they were very happy when I got to buy a high end, nut and bolt restored 1937 Ford.
