Need Large Part Shipping Help from TX to Mass
I have bought a large part from Stephenville, Texas 76401 and need to get back to Massachusetts. I have it listed on Uship.com and shipallmost anything.com for 3 weeks, no takers. It is a very rare item, I don't want it getting banged around at trucking terminals on loading dockS with a forklift along the way. The Dims are 3 feet wide, 2 feet high, 10 feet long, weight about 200.
Any help or ideas appreciated. Thank you. |

Re: Need Large Part Shipping Help from TX to Mass
Greyhound has lost 3 of my shipments. He doesn't want it banged up or lost.
Greyhound only insures to 300. so out of the question on something rare. |

Try Freightquote.com I use them for shipping engines and Machinery, they are very
reasonable. The are a broker and find someone in the area that needs more in their load. Dodge |

Re: Need Large Part Shipping Help from TX to Mass
I have used a company from your area called LandAir express. I've had large tractor attachments shipped from different areas of the U.S.
The cost is usually reasonable and delivery is quick. Here's their website : http://mylandair.com/home/index.html Tommy- |

Re: Need Large Part Shipping Help from TX to Mass
I would contact a broker or trucking company that deals in tradeshow shipments. They know how to handle large delicate stuff.

You might check with "trulyvintage" here on FB. See if his travels take him to Texas anytime soon.
