Set of 4 matching shocks, 2 clockwise, 2 counter clockwise. These shocks have not been restored, but I did take the adjusters out because this can be one of the most difficult tasks in restoring shocks. If you wrench too hard and twist one off inside the shaft you just created a light weight boat anchor. I did not want that to happen to you.

If you notice the picture with the adjusters removed you will be able to see the set of adjusters. These shocks have the indented covers and the small pointer adjusters.
I bought many shocks over the last 50 years but always checked them to make sure they looked like they were rebuildable. I have had very good success restoring shocks, but you cannot tell for sure until you open them up. So, with that said I am selling shocks that I believe are rebuildable. The shafts are tight and they do not have much wear around the shafts. .
These shocks come with a set of special Model A shock bolts and nuts. Use new lock washers from your hardware store.

Restoring shocks is a big job but well worth it to have an original set worth $1200 to $1500.

I am turning 86 soon so I am selling all my Model A stock. I still have too many other things on my bucket list so I am not restoring shocks anymore. Email me for your needs, I may have it.
