I just bought a 54 Merc Monterey.. The heater assembly under the hood was missing including the blower motor housing. Anyone know where I could obtain the necessary parts??

Google Mercury car clubs. They may have the info your looking for. 54 Ford and 54 Merc's shared a lot, maybe the heater components as well.

This guy in one of my FB groups has a blower motor housing and inside plenum for a '53 Ford for sale. They're probably exactly the same as your Merc's.

I would give French Lake Auto Parts a call, they are parting out lots of Ford cars
