Yes the WIPER port is located at left side of manifold near manifold mounting bolt #4. Look for the BRASS fitting and copper tubing which has been crimped over and cut off in this photo. I've posted a close up of the vacuum port for both the late and early manifold for a 1932 model B 4 cylinder. This is used to run the windshield wipers.
