Default gas pedal linkage 46 48 v8

does any have diagram or photo of how this goes together at the floor?
is there a seal or a bushing that supports the pedal rod?
thanks

Mike. The pedal rod, 9727, "snaps" into the cavity on the underside of the gas pedal, and goes through the firewall into the engine compartment. That rod connects to a spring loaded (throttle return) cross shaft 9725, that bolts to the firewall above the bellhousing. Another rod 9747, connects the cross shaft to the carb throttle. The rods have "spring loaded ends that lock on the ball ends of the respective connections, and there are rubber insulators P/N 91A-9714-A, that go over the ball ends.

As a side note, the 9727 linkage goes through the floor pan not the firewall (there is no seal aside from the fact it passes through the floor mat), and the 9714 insulators are not used when using reproduction linkages.

Michael. Thank you for correcting the 9727 transition. Also, for the info on original vs repro linkage ends. I must have original linkage, because the rubbers fit my balls. Can I say that?
