21" Pennsylvania Tire
I was going thru my old tires and came across this 21" tire that was made by the PENNSYLVANIA TIRE CO. in Jeanette, Pa. It is bald as the top of a table. I was going to throw it away, but thought maybe someone from that area, or anyone that might collect different brand tires, might be interested in it. I will send it to anyone that wants it for the price of shipping it. I would think that it could be shipped without packaging it as long as there would be a secure shipping lable on it. I don't thing it could be damaged by any shipping method. Send me an e-mail. Don/WI
