Default Head identity number

Markings on a 1931 AA head: "B6050 Speed Head 5/27/32". Four stud water pump. Is this the so called police head?

No, the police head had a large B on it next to the distributer. What you have is an aftermarket head with about the same compression ratio-- about 5.2-1.
