Here are three photos showing the measurements. I first made the upright following the curve of the 6.50 x 15 tire, then shaped the curved part to match and then welded them together. The material was from the scrap pile. The 4th shows the backside and the cheap belts and the last with brakes applied. In case this doesn't work the length is about 16".
