Default 36 fog lights

What did the on and off switch look like for the 36 fog lights and we're was it to be installed. Thank you

36 Fords did not have Ford approved fog lights in 1936.

Ok Thank you. when did ford start making ford approved fog light. I have seen so many fog lights on 36 ford I thought it was a dealer install.

Ford introduced them in 1937 .Those have Ford script on the bucket and very hard to find.

I believe it did looked something like photo below, there is also a second switch with a small plastic knob. both pull style switches were mounted to a bracket with a thumb screw, allowing the switch to be mounted under the dash. The Ford script road lights were put into service around Feb of 38. prior to that was the Unity S-3 with the two piece brackets as Don pictured above. Light body is marked "Unity Mfg, Co.
Chicago Ill.
USA"

In addition Unity made some with " Approved Penna 1937 "
on them.
Quite rare - I have one pair.
The larger Super Unity also had Approved Penna 1937 on them.
