Default 31 Tudor Rear Seat Floor Pan Question?

On the floor pan underneath the rear seat (this is the floor pan with the spring hump on it) it is riveted to the body and subrails. The seat riser is also part of this whole set up. Mine has two screws holding it on, on each inside side of the pan. I would believe that it has never been taken off, because everything looks pretty original on it? so were there 2 screws holding it in place on the sides, or would they have had rivets and been taken out at some time?

Yep, that looks like the same spot that I am questioning. Thank you!
