That is the tube is the oil fill. No idea about what size rear.

Isn't that how the Coe trucks were? I had a 39 truck the same color as yours. It didn't have that tube but who knows if engines are original.

It's one of these chingaderos. It's a C11A-6520 manifold, and was available only on Canadian-built engines. The second picture shows the bare manifold. DD

The truck came from canada. engine had a reuild tag on it. The replacement i put in it is from the states.
