1940 Ford Pick Up Dash sheetmetal replacement

Good Morning All. Having removed some Luan plywood dash in my truck I find that the dash has been cut with a torch to the point that it needs complete replacement. Any advice as to where to get a new Dash? I've looked online.Not much on there. I found a new one with a blank panel.looks like I'd need to cut my own openings. How does that work for installation of the glove box and guage pamel? I was shocked and disheartened to find this

dash was originally welded in place, the same dash from 1940 to 1947 in all trucks. difference in 1940 there was a raised portion in the middle for a different emblem. should not be too difficult to find a bad cab with a dash

That's what I was thinking. I'm looking now for junkyards with cabs in various states of deterioration
