Default 1930 woody wagon window canvas storage

Hi All...I looking for the metal or wood box that held the side curtain/windows for my woody. I believe the unit sits under the rear of the vehicle..and advice?

The 1929 station wagons I used to own had metal side curtain trays and yes they were under the rear seat and accessed from the rear of the wagon. As I no longer own a wagon I am out of touch with whether they are made today, but I doubt it. I did have an extra tray and when I advertised it the response was more than I anticipated. I see you are new to fordbarn and I suggest you place a wanted ad in the wanted section. You are now in a discussion forum.

I worked on a nice unrestored '29 wagon about a year ago, and the metal curtain box fit under the car with a door that hinged down in the back. it was about two inches deep and filled most of the area inside the body rails. Bob

S and S might have a repop curtain pan. Tim Johnston at the Woody Wagons special interest group can supply blueprints if needed.

We are working on a 30 SW. The customer just dropped off the curtain pan yesterday. he bought the car from someone else that had started the project. That person is no longer around from what I understand to ask. We have not tried fitting it yet so I also am wondering how it mounts. if it mounts to the underside of the floor the rear cross sill that the tailgate mounts to will be in the way of the door from what I can judge just looking at it. If anyone can post a photo it it mounted that would be great.
Thanks
