Tom, how many keyboards have you worn out?

Thank you for all the times you've helped me, and all the stuff I've learned.

Actually, I wore the black off the right end of my space key and now the lighted keypad shines through it. I tried black paint on it, but that only lasted a short time.

Tom, have you given any additional thought to providing a powerhouse generator seminar at the 2015 MARC meet? No matter what topic you chose to speak on, we would be lined out the door to listen and learn.

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Tom at the Gilmore Museum event a couple of years ago. I purchased one of his Electronic Voltage Regulators that goes inside the generator so that no one knows of the modification. Once I determine if I have a diode cut-out, I will install it. I'm such a procrastinator!

Yes sir Tom!
Thanks for weighing in so much with good info
If folks would learn to use "search" he would only be at 147 posts!
He not only has knowledge but patience!!
Me, I lack both attributes!

If I ever get my old A farm truck running good enough, I am going to pack up the snow chains and go visit Tom, and personally thanks him for all his help.

OK, this old thread has gone far enough. There really is no actual "Tom Wesenberg". Nobody could know that much. "Tom" is a computer, dropped from the Mother Ship to a cave on the west bank of the Mississippi River just north of Minneapolis, right near Durham's Island. And wouldn't you know that there is also a spot on the river right there where you can "ford" the river and barely get wet. The sound of the current is just like the sound of some old guy named Tom puffing on his pipe and strumming his banjo. But the computer itself makes this funny sound like "tickity tickity tickity tockity....."

You know, that computer only has software for Ford tech and parts searches, and how-to-make specialty tools without CAD programs. It gets its electrical charge from lightning, and it is 6-volt DC of course, regulated by some resistors and capacitors in a little blue blob of epoxy. It gets it's emotional Model A attitude recharge from sending messages to some barn in the sky.

Or I could be wrong. Just in case, let me also say Thanks, Tom!
