Default Open Car Door Upholstry

On my roadster pickup there are three metal pieces on each door panel. I believe they are called out as "door trim and bezels". How are these attached to the door panel? Are they crimped on or glued? If they are glued, does anyone have a suggestion as to what type of glue?

I do both. Little super glue, then crimp.
