Default Spindle to hub fit question

I got a front brake setup 39-48 ford car from a hamb fellow(brakes bearings hubs&drums)I believe my spindles to be 46-48 truck be cause the outer bearing seems to fit but the inner bearing is to small by 1/8+-.Is there a bearing that will fit truck spindle to car hub or I just get car round or sq back spindles?Thanx,Webb.

There is no conversion for what you want to do. You need the car spindles. Sorry!
