Default Help id v-8 radiator

I got this radiator with my Model A,it measures 16" wide x27" high and the tank is 8" front to back.The metal on sides and bottom is 3.5" mounting holes are 18" center.Can anyone id it?.Thanx,Webb.

That appears to be a 37-9 60 hp radiator. I believe they are the only ones to have a tank sticking out forward.

Do some research before installing,I think you will find the V8-60 radiator may not have the cooling capacity for the bigger engine. It has a smaller core size.

Don't really have any suggestions as it is going to be determined pretty much by what you use as a grille shell. Space in the grille and engine position will be the limiting factors. A key point is to start with a good clean radiator core and sized as large as you can fit in the space. Might want to look into early Ford truck radiators. The best scenario would be to have one made to fit your application.
