Default Front toe in

I have seen this before but cannot find it again. Does anyone have the instructions on how to check toe in using a 2x4 and I think rubber bands?

Setting is 1/32-1/16" toe-in.

A 2x4 and rubber bands ? I can't wait to read this.

A tape measure can be used if you don't want to buy a gauge.

Always roll the car forward and keep outward pressure on the tires.

Any good alignment shop can do this quickly.
