Default Lincoln Brakes

I have been hoping to find the parts needed to convert to Lincoln juice brakes. I believe that I have found a set but i need to know, will these work with my stock spindles and front and rear hubs?

Hello, my car has the Boling brothers conversion on it , was on it when I bought it, looks like they had to do some fitting on the kingpins and rear axle shackle area to get the back plates to fit. Hopefully others that have installed a set will join in .

We would probably need to know at least what year Lincoln brake parts that you have found, as there are differences. You also mentioned "working with your stock spindles & hubs". Were you thinking about using Lincoln drums on YOUR Model 'A' hubs? Model 'A' brakes are 11", whereas the Lincolns are 12" diameter.

Exactly what were you thinking about replacing/modifying? Coop

Boling brakes are sold Krylon at a 10% discount. He posts on the EV8 Forum. I think you'll have to change the front spindles.

You do not have to change the M odel A spindles with Boling Bros.
They provide a spacer for a seal in the hub.
I have their fronts on my Tudor and Ford rears. Works well with good braking balance front to rear.

Ps. Do have to grind a relief in hub flange for the front wheel cyls.
