You need to "Delete Cookies and Temporary Files" in you Internet Explorer settings. If you use Google Chrome, go to "Customize Settings (in the upper right hand corner)/More Tools/Clear Browsing Data..."

Stay on top of it. I get some, but not a lot of ads.

The ads stopped a day after they appeared on mine. I didn't do anything.
