Howdy boys, I'm on the hunt to find everything I can about building a V8 Speedster on a model A frame. I want to use the mechanical brakes, 4 speed trans, and possibly an OD. I need info on springs, front axle, front wishbone, mounting the engine, etc. Yup, first attempt at something like this, so, some good books would help tremendously. As always, thanks for the help!

Also, the magazine sometimes has speedsters for sale. Also, they offer a magazine back-issue package, which might be useful to help you 'catch up' with the hobby.

"How to Build a Traditional Ford Hot Rod" by Vern Tardel. His web site says the
books sold out but there are some on Ebay. His web site also has oter books that
