Default Gear oil

Hi gents

I’ve been using macs 500w gear oil for my rear and pic for tranny. I’m now out of 500w - btw before anyone states 500w isn’t really 500, I know that fact. I just want to know if any issue adding different GL together is bad.

Should be ok, but I would try and get as much of the old stuff out as possible. You could use a suction gun to remove most of it.
