Question 1929 Special Coupe values

I've tried to research the values on 29 Coupe models with little or no luck. You folks have always been great about my "value" questions in the past. I've att. some pics of one I looked at yesterday. It drives, shifts and runs well. Everything seems to work - gauges, etc. The resto on the car was finished in 1993. The paint is nice, but not super. The engine bay is detailed nicely. I was not in the market for another Coupe, but this seems to be a really nice little car. If I can get it for a decent price I would have a 29 and a 30 Coupe. On my way to a complete set. 29 coupe 1.jpg

Looks like a nicely restored coupe. It looks a lot like my 28 special coupe. As far as the price for a special coupe, I would put this one in the higher priced range - maybe $15 to $18K. It is tough to put a price on someone else's stuff, but I would think a car, as it appears to be from the pictures, would be in the range I stated above.

Smitty you just gotta find a local club up there and ask for a them for look see at the car with you.

What's a decent price? Not value but a decent buy number would be 10k. There are a lot of coupes for sale with nice paint and restored recently.
