Default 19" ford wire wheel question?

cleaning out some stuff in storage I found a early V8 type wheel but in 19". it uses the 32 to 35 type hubcap and has spokes like a Kelsey Hayes wire wheel not like the common ford wire wheel with the spokes welded.

the brake drum that was still in the rim was from a Model A.

of course I only find one.....

is this a aftermarket wheel or a ford accessory wheel ? I will post a picture of it in the morning, ran out of daylight tonight
