The best references to speculate an answer to the question when was the first Victoria built is the new book by MAFCA, "The Victoria Book 1930 to 1931," and the record of surviving 190A's belonging to the International Victoria Association. Here are the dots:
> FOMOCO photos of prototype Victorias dated March, 1930;
> 36 production Victorias built by October, 1930;
> Oldest surviving Victoria is 190A0108. The reported frame number of this car indicates the 190A Body was assembled onto a chassis in April, 1931 which unrealistic. So either the body was switched onto a chassis other than the one it was originally built with, or that body sat around until April, 1931.

In the new book by MAFCA, "The Victoria Book 1930 to 1931," it is noted that there were 843 Victoria bodies exported outside of the USA. It is unknown if these export bodies had Murray body numbers. So I am calling upon all Victoria owners outside of the USA who have cars that were not assembled in the USA, "Does your 190A have a tag on its firewall with a Murray body number on it?"

Bob, from what a few of the guys in our club said, my 31 Vicky was made in the US.
All the screws are slotted, not Robinson like some of their’s, that were built in Canada have.
It has a blank tag on the firewall. The body and fenders were painted and a new top about 15 years or so.
