Default 1935-1936 Wind Wings

Hello to all!

Can someone help me ID the maker and model of these vent wings? I think they fit 35-36 Ford Closed Cars and Coupes only. I don’t think they are Ford pieces and I can’t find any brand or maker stamps.
Any info on maker, history etc. Is much appreciated!

Thank You

Here is a larger picture of the Wind Wing that ME109E is trying to identify. Can anyone identify this Wind Wing?

Thank You for the help!
I have tried to find information on these and had no luck, I did find on this site a couple of photos of cars that had what appears to be the type of wind wings I have, one of the cars is in Australia but I’m thinking the part itself might have been an aftermarket addition.

1935 and 1936 Ford Closed Car Wind Deflectors Drawings - Don Rogers.
Don is the gentleman who authored the Early Ford V8 Club of America's 1935-1936 Ford Restoration Book.
I hope that these Drawings are a help.

The Ford approved versions shown above were made by Dole.

I know this is a discussion about 35-36 but thought you might enjoy seeing a 37 accessory folder for the vent windows.

The approved 37 deflector as shown above was made by Dole for Ford. Here are some photos of the 35 and 36 Dole units.

I found a few images of an aftermarket Fulton deflector from the 35-36 era.

ME109E, I've seen other photos of your draft deflectors, but have not been able to identify the manufacturer.

I think JM 35 Sedan got these two snaps of probably the coolest '36 Rouge car I've ever seen at the 2013 meet in Tahoe. It had the wind deflectors and plenty of charm, just the way I like 'em.

Hi Don!
Thank You for your response, these wings I have are pretty interesting, I have seen many versions of “floating glass” design like the ones you and Mercman from OZ shared with us, what I really like about the design like the one I own is the stainless deflector housing surrounds the window area and has a deflector built in at the lower portion which conforms to the glass in the open position, I will see if I can attach more pics with it mounted on the door.

I have a pair of wind wings that were on my '36 5 win cpe, that are the same style as the WW's in your original contribution. I did not like the look of the add on WW's, I took them off of my car in about 1953, and never put them back on.
In my opinion, the approved Ford style of WW with the wide rubber surround gasket is a terrible looking accessory.
It would appear that Ford was way ahead of the curve for auto styling from '35 through the end of the '30's with no rain gutter on the top, doors with no vent window, and a window that rolled back before rolling down
Attached is a couple pix of my "Fulton" wind wings. Do I want to sell them. No

An explanation about the wind wings for my '36 coupe.
The mounting frame is stainless steel, slides in between the window weather stripping and the door, attaches with two very small screws into the door edge, top and bottom.
The window frame is also stainless steel, glass set with common glass setting tape. The window frame is attached top and bottom to the mounting frame with a single bolt. with a castle nut.
