Default 1957-1960 f100 brake & fuel lines

I am installing new brake and fuel lines on my 1960 f100 short bed. The middle hardline that runs the length of the driver frame rail where does it mount? Above the fuel line or? Can someone post some detailed diagrams or pictures of your original truck? Thanks!

The factory line mounts usually had two lines in a plastic or metal clip. The clip snapped into a hole in the frame.
