Default Newby here. possibly being lazy....

My name is Dave Bell. I just got a nice '30 Model A coupe. It runs ok but I'll be rebuilding carb, timing, clean gas tank, etc. The PO was not knowlegable about A's.

Here's my problem: My horn fell off the light bar. It has the bracket intact but I don't see how the bracket fits onto the headlight bar. PO had a hose clamp attaching it and it broke. I've looked for hints or pics but thought if someone could just tell me how the bracket attaches to the light bar I would be done with this issue.

Thanks.

Does it have the proper bracket?

Got it. I had the proper bracket. The PO put a hose clamp on the bracket and bent it to work til it broke. I took of the big nut and put the bracket on there then mounted the horn on the bracket. After I had it all on there and mostly tight I bent the bracket back to realign the horn. Good as new!!

Thanks guys.
