Default Odo Stuck - 1930 Round

Anyone had luck freeing it up? Pictures. Turning the gear by hand moves all but the last (left) wheels.

That small retaining spring looks tough to get off/on.

Anyone sell the assembly. Rest of the speedo is good.

Or... No known website: Harry Warburton (252)-258-1530/(252)-752-4098 (N. Carolina)

He cleaned mine up, in a very reasonable time.

Looks like a Waltham, the washer on the end will press off with a little effort. Done wrong and you can distort the wheels which will cause more binding. Nineteen pieces in the odometer assy, and they need to be timed or it will not work. Oft times the grease that the maker put in there 90 years ago has turned to concrete. A clean and lube is recommended, the tricky part is getting it all back together so that it works.
