Rumble and deck lid

My father has a deck lid and rumble lid for 28/29 cars. The deck lid has some rust through on the bottom and the rumble lid has a decent size dent on the outside and some heavy pitting. They both look like there is an edge that is folded over just a little. They both have latches, the rumble lid has a handle also. The handle doesn't turn, I haven't messed with the latch in the deck lid. We are looking to get $400 each for the lids.
