Default 1940 Deluxe Convertible Top Cover

Looking for some education. 1940 Deluxe Convertible have a separate top cover that would snap over? Any pics would be much appreciated, can DM if want.

Thanks
Ryan

There are 2 versions of that top boot because of the early/late number of snaps on the out side when viewed from the side. Make sure what you get matches your car.

I'd be interested to know if there is a vendor that makes them also. I had the upholstery shop make one from scratch when they did my top but I'm not super happy with it. They said they couldn't find a premade one. I'm afraid to drive with it on, it seems like it would blow off and doesn't tuck behind the seat cushion like I think it should.

It did not originally tuck. Rather, it was snapped at the top edge of the rear backrest.

This is my boot. Sometimes the snaps to the top of the rear seat disconnect but I never get concerned about having it blow off. This was made by Labaron Bonney.
