Default Source For 40 S/W Wiring Harness

Anybody have a source for 40 Wagon original wiring harness? Looking to buy a complete harness with original color codes, gauge and terminals. Rhode Island Wiring has a 40 harness but not for the woodie. Thanks, Phil Swanson

You might check Tyree Harris. If he does not have one in stock, he might be able to make one up for you.

Tyree made me a wiring harness for a RHD 1939 deluxe coupe some years back.
That would be way different than a '39 LHD coupe harness.
'40 woody looms shouldn't differ too much from the '40 car.
Interior light and license plate light positions maybe.
Everything else should be pretty similar.

I have just completed a 1940 Deluxe Wagon and know of no differences between the passenger car and station wagon harness. My choice for wiring is Class Tech in Bend Oregon. Chris Olsen is the man to talk to and his products have always been excellent with great customer service..........40larry

I second 40Larry's recommendation of Chris Olsen in Bend Or. He supplied me with the correct wiring for my Dearborn award winning 40 woodie.

Same as 51504bat
YnZ in Redlands CA. They built our harness for our "Custom" bodied 32 German Ford. As stated above, they built in flashers for our trafficators as well as built in multipliers to 9V so they pop up faster, built in a master fuse, and was able to get all the wiring needed for sirens, interior lights etc, etc, etc all hidden nicely and original looking as can be!!! I thought the price for all they did was quite fair!!!

The word I've heard is that Tyree WILL NOT add turn signal accommodations to his harnesses. DD

Not only did YNZ wire our trafficator's to flash, they also made the cowl lights "dual" purpose.....both cowl light and flashers as well!!!!!
