Very nicely detailed 24 Stud Flathead. Yes, it will fit a 1934 Ford. You need extra Engine Rubbers at the front where the Water Pumps mount on the Chassis. |

Paint is cheap , find out who built it and what machine shop did the work . I personally dont like the hard sell words like rare , n.o.s. , oneof a kind etc .
