Up for sale is a nice early Ford transmission case from a 1948 F1 Truck. This is the 78-7006 style case that can fit the later gears and can accommodate the larger clutch/pressure plate. This case is in good useable condition. The thrust surfaces are both good as are the threads. It has no visible cracks and came from a running truck. I’m parting out the rest of the trans so feel free to contact me if you need other parts. I’ll be putting the the mainshaft, rear mount, and speedometer drive parts for an open-drive conversion. I will also be putting up the 81A-7222 shifter housing with the 3” fork.
