Default Front Spring Shackle Gap

I'm mocking up my front end and noticed that theres a gap between the shackle and the spring perch (photo 1). These are aftermarket from Snyders. Can someone tell me if this setup is correct?
Thanks

Not a big deal, you do NOT want them to be to tight. and the radius rod holds the front end in place.
