Default 39 rear brake plumbing

Happy Hollidays all!

I’m trying to plumb a 39 rear axel to add juice brakes to my A. A while ago I ordered a T fitting for a 39 from Macs. At least I thought. What I received is a little different from what I was expecting. Please take a look at the photo and advise;
A. Did I buy the correct part?
B. Where did it mount on a 39?

I know I can fabricate a bracket and make it work, but I’m trying to keep things Ford’ish.

Thanks,
Carl

B. It mounts on the rear wishbone on the front passenger side IIRC. You should see a threaded hole. From there rear hard brake lines run down the bones and are secured with little clips.

What year did they start with this part. I thought Ford used this in 1939.

I believe that bracket came out when Ford started using the short rear radius rods in 1942.
